In honor of Munroe’s life and legacy, I hope these quotes by the late Myles Munroe will be forever etched in our lives.

1. “Solid character will reflect itself in consistent behavior, while poor character will seek to hide behind deceptive words and actions.”
2. “The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without a purpose.”
3. “People generally fall into one of three groups: the few who make things happen, the many who watch things happen, and the overwhelming majority who have no notion of what happens. Every person is either a creator of fact or a creature of circumstance. He either puts color into his environment, or, like a chameleon, takes color from his environment.”
4. “You must decide if you are going to rob the world or bless it with the rich, valuable, potent, untapped resources locked away within you.”
5.  “Leadership is the capacity to influence others through inspiration motivated by passion, generated by vision, produced by a conviction, ignited by a purpose.”
6. “The wealthiest places in the world are not gold mines, oil fields, diamond mines or banks. The wealthiest place is the cemetery. There lies companies that were never started, masterpieces that were never painted… In the cemetery there is buried the greatest treasure of untapped potential. There is a treasure within you that must come out. Don’t go to the grave with your treasure still within YOU.”
7. “Reputation is what others think about you. Character is the truth about you. Reputation is what you are in public. Character is what you are in private.”
8. “We manifest character when self-sacrifice for the sake of our principles becomes more important than compromise for the sake of popularity.”
9. “A true leader does not measure his success by comparing himself to others but by evaluating how he is fulfilling his own purpose and vision.”
10. “Learn to recognize and combat the enemies of potential.”
11. “Circumstances and crises are God’s tools to move you into your purpose and the maximizing of your potential.”
12. “The poorest man in the world is a man without a dream.”
13. “If you don’t attempt things, you don’t attract God.”
14. “Woke is God’s gift to help you discover your potential.”
15. “Don’t be a pigeon if you were born to be an eagle. Experience God’s altitude for your life.”
